POPRAWSKI Expedition

POPRAWSKI / EXPEDITION LINE

More than a camper.
The journey begins here.

We are developing a removable living module for pickup trucks — engineered from vehicle geometry and lightweight structure through to a functional interior.

THE PROJECT

Mobile space,
designed with purpose.

POPRAWSKI Expedition is a removable camper module under development for installation on a pickup truck bed. Its purpose is to combine the mobility of a utility vehicle with an independent, carefully designed travel space.

Our work is based on a digital 3D model, analysis of base-vehicle geometry and iterative prototyping. We are currently preparing structural data and vehicle-fit variants.

01

Removable construction

An independent module designed to preserve the pickup’s everyday utility.

02

Engineering before promises

Every fitment requires verification of dimensions, payload and mounting points for the specific vehicle.

03

Developed in Poland

Concept development, modelling and documentation are carried out under the POPRAWSKI brand.

PRODUCT / EXPEDITION

One cabin.
Two ways of life.

The pickup remains a utility vehicle for everyday use. For an expedition, the module becomes an autonomous base — without permanent vehicle conversion.

Pickup for everyday use

Once the module is removed, the vehicle retains its cargo bed and original functionality.

Cabin off the vehicle

The self-contained module can stand independently on supports, returning the pickup to daily work.

The presented assumptions describe the direction of the product in development. The final specification will be confirmed after the prototype is built and tested.

DESIGN PROCESS

From vehicle data
to a verified structure.

01

Geometry

Parametric cabin model and installation-space control.

02

Structure

Selection of the load-bearing system, partitions, skin and insulation materials.

03

Integration

Planning installations, equipment and the module-to-vehicle interface.

04

Validation

Verification of mass, clearances, ergonomics and documentation before manufacture.

Digital documentation

The CAD model is the central source of project geometry. Vehicle-manufacturer data supports reliable assessment of the envelope, mounting interface and conversion limits, but does not replace physical measurement and final validation.

COMPATIBILITY

A correct fit starts with the right data.

The project is intended for adaptation to selected pickup trucks. We do not publish a “fits” list before completing the analysis of each variant.

  • truck-bed and cab dimensions
  • permitted payload and mass distribution
  • mounting points and clearances
  • compliance with local market requirements

POPRAWSKI

Developed
with production in mind.

POPRAWSKI is developing the Expedition line as its own product for the expedition-vehicle market. Current work includes structural design, acquisition of vehicle technical data, prototype preparation and development of the partner network.

This website does not constitute a declaration of homologation, certification or production readiness. Information will be updated as the project progresses.
